Galia Lahav Alexandra wedding dress I
OK, so we can’t quite believe this but one of our all time favourite bridal boutiques Browns Bride have opened up a SALE boutique. We have wished for this for so long — we can’t quite believe it’s actually here!
The Browns Bride Sale Boutique gives all brides an amazing opportunity to purchase a beautiful designer gown at a price within your budget. With up to 70% off dresses by dream designers such as Galia Lahav, Mira Zwillinger, Peter Langner and Reem Acra (permanently!) get your skates (or your Jimmy Choo’s!) on and visit the Sale boutique.
Just like the Browns Bride flagship store, their sale boutique is by appointment only, offering the same personal service (including a glass of bubbly!) that they renowned for. Each appointment is an hour long, with an appointment fee of £20.

We do recommend that you have already tried on bridal dresses before you visit so that you have an idea of what shape and style suits you best.
Sample sizes generally are UK8 to UK12, but there is always a selection of both smaller and larger sized gowns.
OMG last night was sooooo fabulous! I debuted my fabulous new pink STG-branded mic for a special ‘behind the scenes’ Facebook Live show at London’s world-famous Browns Bride, to showcase the breathtaking new Galia Lahav 2019 collection of dreams.
There were press, bloggers, and brides aplenty, all waiting in anticipation for the fashion show which revealed Galia Lahav’s latest jaw-dropping bridal collection, ‘Queen of Hearts’ (very aptly named with Royal Wedding fever in the air!).

Known for creating some of the most covetable and fashion forward styles in bridal, there was a real buzz in the air and STG wanted to capture ALL the Galia Lahav thrills with our ‘behind the scenes’ Facebook Live show.
View the behind-the-scenes film by clicking here or clicking the film at the top of this post, and watch me interviewing Sharon Sever, Chief Designer at Galia Lahav, and the force behind the incredible gowns, Caroline Burstein, Creative Director at Browns Bride (and very close friend of Smashing The Glass!), hair stylist to the stars, Joseph Koniak, and many more wedding industry A-listers!
We also talked to an array of gorgeous bride-to-be-Smashing The Glass readers about their wedding plans (ADORE meeting the readers!) and fabulous bloggers like lovely Claire from One Fab Day, and Felicia from Stylechine (who’s also a bride-to-be too — we loved hearing about her wedding plans!).
It’s an absolute must-watch!
Look out for the blog post and film from the actual fashion show once the images from the wonderful Anna Bianco are released.

What a world exclusive we’ve got for you this Wednesday 2nd May! We’re going LIVE from London’s world-famous Browns Bride for an exquisite Galia Lahav fashion show of dreams, featuring the latest breathtaking collection plus I’ll be going backstage for ALL the behind-the-scenes-action!
The fashion show is VIP invitation-only (only press and bloggers are invited) but we’ve secured you the backstage pass of the year! Yes, we’ll be streaming the whole thing live -and going backstage, interviewing guests and of course Galia Lahav’s head designer himself, the fabulous Sharon Sever #starstruckmoment
Galia Lahav is a world-renowned designer with over 30 years of experience creating haute couture gowns. Galia and Sharon are masters of their art, creating lavish gowns, immaculate in detail and flawless in its construction and fit.
Galia Lahav has sparked a unique bridal aesthetic that is in high demand among fashion forward brides and we cannot WAIT to bring you ALL the action!
I spent most of it open-mouthed, taking in the breathtaking bridal gowns from one of the most sought-after wedding dress designers in the world, the imitable Ines Di Santo… and I had to pinch myself that Ines herself was actually standing right there next to me! #starstruckmoment
Yes – that’s right, Ines Di Santo herself flew into London to be interviewed by Smashing The Glass and she could not have been more delightful. It was a true honor and pleasure to be in her company and to talk to her about her sensational work, inspiration and processes.
We were also treated to Caroline Burstein (above) former Creative Director of Mayfair’s Browns, and founder of the legendary Browns Bride, live on air with us. Caroline’s wealth of knowledge and insightful tips and advice were so appreciated by our live audience around the globe. Another huge thrill for Smashing The Glass to interview her live on air!
