A Gemy Maalouf Bride for a Classic Winter Jewish Wedding at Banking Hall, London, UK

18/05/2026 by Karen Cinnamon Leave a Comment

Claudia and Aaron, Banking Hall, London, UK

We love a London winter wedding, and Claudia and Aaron’s is really something special! Claudia, a wellness coach and personal trainer, and Aaron, a consultant, had the chicest December Jewish wedding at the iconic Banking Hall. The character-packed venue was the perfect spot for their classic black tie affair – and we’re obsessed with the stunner of a staircase!

Featuring a simple, chic chuppah adorned with white florals and greenery, an absolutely breathtaking Gemy Maalouf gown, and the most wonderful personal touches (Claudia and Aaron wrote personal notes to each of their 175 guests, which they placed on the tables as place cards!), there’s so much to love about this gorgeous day. Don’t miss all the magical details in the photos by Pippa Mackenzie and video by Lewis of Lightbulb Films.

When it came to music, Claudia and Aaron opted for Smashing The Glass Recommended Vendor XS Showband, and they couldn’t be any more thrilled with their choice. In Claudia’s words, “They were just unbelievable. Every meeting with Fran and her team was perfect and they also did our production too which made the process feel really seamless. The band absolutely smashed it and our guests still reminisce how amazing they were.” They even brought Claudia’s grandad on stage to sing “New York, New York,” one of the highlights of the whole evening!

Read on for the rest of the story in Claudia’s own words…

How We Met

Claudia, the bride: Aaron and I grew up in the same area, lots of mutual friends, same parties, rival schools but never crossed paths until our early 20s when we were both on JSwipe and matched. The rest is history.

A Suzanne Neville Bride for a Quintessentially Elegant London Jewish Wedding at the Rosewood London, UK

20/04/2026 by Karen Cinnamon

Natasha and James, Rosewood, London, UK

Natasha and James’ big day embodies everything we love the most about London Jewish weddings. There’s something so iconic about a London hotel venue and Natasha, who works at Sky Sports as an Assistant Producer, and James, a Senior E-Commerce Manager at Universal Music Group, opted to make things official at one of the best, the stunning Rosewood London. The couple loved the way the property embodies “cool and classy,” and it really was the perfect spot for this very special day.

Natasha and James’ wedding planners, Smashing The Glass Recommended Vendor Uptown Events, helped the couple bring their wedding dreams to life, and, in the bride’s words, “made everything so seamless from start to finish.” We’re obsessed with all the gorgeous details that gave this wedding its wow factor, from the epic forest-like chuppah in green and white to Natasha’s bespoke gown by Suzanne Neville and so much more. And naturally we’re obsessed with the candid editorial photography from Rachel Takes Pictures!

Read on for all the rest of the details of this exquisite wedding in Natasha’s own words…

How We Met

Natasha, the bride: James & I never had the “hello, nice to meet you moment”. We had actually known each other since we were little, with James being best friends with my cousin. It was only at University that we were “formally” introduced and the rest was history! We both studied in Leeds, Natasha at the University of Leeds and James at Leeds College of Music, and from the day we met, we instantly clicked… Two days later and we are having our first date, at Old Trafford for Manchester United vs Arsenal (both MASSIVE Arsenal fans)! 8 years later and we are married!

A Rosa Clará Bride for a Wedding Planner’s Traditional Jewish Wedding with a Twist at The Langham, London, UK

30/03/2026 by Karen Cinnamon

We always love seeing what choices Jewish wedding pros make when it comes to planning their own big day – so naturally we’re thrilled to be featuring the wedding of Lara, the wedding planner behind Smashing The Glass Recommended Vendor Uptown Events! She and Grant, a data analyst, had the most fabulous London Jewish wedding at Smashing The Glass Recommended Vendor The Langham, one of the city’s most iconic venues.

Having worked on so many incredible weddings, Lara had lots of time to think about what she’d want to do for her own – which was honoring tradition while bringing in some original twists. One of these twists was the color scheme: rather than leaning into classic white, Lara opted for a palette focused on soft pinks with touches of green – and was it ever gorgeous! We’re especially enamored with Lara and Grant’s stunner of a floral chuppah – don’t miss it in the incredible photos by Katie Rogers!

We also love the fun culinary touches the dessert-loving couple brought to their wedding menu. Instead of a wedding cake, they opted for a giant tiramisu – and there was also a crumble bar, where guests could mix and match between different fruit bases and crumble toppings. How good does that sound?! And if that wasn’t enough, they had not one but two roaming desserts: a chocolate mousse trolley and a doughnut belt!

There are so many more fun details – everything from the way the couple included their beloved dog in the day via an AI cartoon image they used on custom matchboxes to the Picante tower the tequila-loving duo dreamed up instead of the classic Champagne version – but we’ll leave it to Lara, who looked so elegant in her beautiful lace gown by Rosa Clará, to tell you the rest…

How We Met

Lara, the bride: We met at secondary school when we were 18!

25/08/2025 by Karen Cinnamon

Gaby and Brad, St Pancras Renaissance, London, UK

We love a winter Jewish wedding, and London couple Gaby, who works in marketing, and Brad, who’s in recruitment, had a truly fabulous one!

The pair knew going into it that they wanted a celebration that didn’t look like every other wedding, and did they ever pull it off.

The majestic St Pancras Renaissance was the perfect spot for their special day, which featured colorful flowers, a stunner of a gown by Halfpenny London, and a trademark epic performance by Smashing The Glass Recommended Vendor Ambassador Band. Gingerbeard Wedding captured it all so beautifully – read on for the rest of the story in Gaby’s own words!

A Suzanne Neville Bride for a Botanical Wonderland Jewish Wedding at the Royal Lancaster, London, UK

21/10/2024 by Karen Cinnamon

Get ready for a truly unforgettable London Jewish wedding! Leanne and Dudi’s celebration at the Royal Lancaster featured a crowd of 400, a fabulous floral chuppah, a gorgeous lace gown by Suzanne Neville, and an epic party with a packed dancefloor and some seriously incredible Israeli dancing – thanks to the couple’s band, Smashing The Glass Recommended Vendor The White Keys.

In Leanne’s words, The White Keys were “a fantastic band, really got stuck in with the guests and able to understand the vibe throughout,” and we couldn’t agree more!

Photographer Paul Toeman captured all the joy and energy of the day so beautifully – read on for the full story!

How We Met

Leanne, the bride: We met online on Hinge (dating app) coming out of Covid. Dudi works for his family company M&Sons in construction and I work for a Global Tech event, Data Centre World London.

Our first date was like a business meeting, we are both very work motivated so we discussed a lot about our jobs, our goals and ambitions over a lovely bottle of red (or 2!)Continue ReadingContinue Reading
