Celebrate your wedding in style at the iconic Natural History Museum. Nestled in the heart of stunning South Kensington, couples can walk down the aisle in one of London’s most recognisable buildings, surrounded by gorgeous Romanesque architecture, and tie the knot under a symbol of hope.

From intimate ceremonies to large receptions, the Natural History Museum can accommodate a wide range of Jewish weddings.

The Museum has an array of spaces which will make finding the perfect backdrop for each element of your event a breeze.  Hintze Hall, with the iconic Hope the blue whale suspended from the ceiling, can accommodate 450 guests, perfect for post ceremony dinner and dancing. This space will dazzle and enthral your guests with unique architecture found at few other central London venues. Fossil Way is perfect for your ceremony. With a capacity of 170, this gallery will give your guests a taste of the Museum prior to the grand reveal of Hintze Hall.

With the Museum’s dedicated events team assisting you from the planning stage right through to delivery on the day, you can be sure that your special day will be one to cherish, from start to finish.

Past Couples' Comments

We had an awesome evening and have had so many people get in touch saying what an amazing event it was. The venue looked spectacular and all the suppliers did an excellent job on the day. We really wouldn’t change anything and are so happy we chose the NHM as our venue”

I spent the evening at the NHM celebrating a wedding and without a doubt, the venue made the event what it is. The grand hall which we were situated in was absolutely beautiful where the scenic view such as the remnants of the dinosaur was something I just couldn’t take my eyes off. A great event and an exceedingly fantastic venue”

We were in safe hands from start to finish. I liked the NHM approach of the Event Manager taking our initial tour and walking the museum with us, through to being our point of contact to signing contracts and eventually being with us on the day! It’s a good personal approach and much appreciated”
