For the last year, I’ve been keeping a magical secret that I have been beyond excited to share with you, and today, it’s finally time to let you in on it! Yes — The Wedding Gallery has officially launched and I am so excited to tell you ALL about it!

A one-stop wedding shop

The Wedding Gallery, a luxury department store just for weddings, has officially launched in the heart of London! Yes, a whole wonderland of wedding pretty in one place. This is HUGE! For London brides, it means an end to traipsing across town to visit different designers or boutiques – the Wedding Gallery has everything you could ever wish for to plan a gorgeous, luxe wedding, all in one place!

And I’m especially excited (understatement) to announce that Smashing The Glass is a ridiculously proud official partner.

Its home in the heart of London, beneath wedding and events venue, One Marylebone, makes it an absolute must-visit for London brides, it’s a no brainer. And if you don’t live in London, or the UK, it’s totally worth making the trip over for! It’s absolutely THAT good!

This bridal paradise has an appointments-only system, which means you get all the one-on-one care and attention (basically you’ll be utterly spoiled).

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a Wedding Gallery Consultant who will guide you through the store, starting in the Trends Area, a visual spectacle of up-and-coming wedding trends created by the world’s leading event stylists, and moving through the wedding wonderland, department by department.

There are so many incredible and iconic brands on display that we can barely begin to list them, but of course some of our absolutely amazing Smashing The Glass Recommended Vendors are involved, including: sensational stationery by Louise Richardson, almost-too-good-to-eat cakes by Peboryon, gorgeous gifts from The Wedding Shop, world-class photographers John Nassari and Blake Ezra Photography, incredible videography by Imaginarium Cinematography, and super luxe venues, The Savoy and Hedsor House. A couple of months ago, I was delighted to attend the Editors’ Breakfast  where I was among the first to see the dazzling, newly renovated space (special thanks to Anna Macgregor, one of the co-curators, for the brilliant tour).

I also got to tuck into one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve ever had, while listening to world-renowned entrepreneur George Hammer give the opening speech. I’m so thrilled that I can now show you what so many talented people have been working so hard to create, and that you lovely STG readers will get to experience it as brides and grooms!
