We engaged Natasha as Wedding Planner for our daughter’s recent wedding and would strongly recommend her to anyone.
As with any professional adviser, clients will get the maximum benefit if they are clear in their instructions – especially here in identifying exactly what it is they want to do themselves and what they are looking for Natasha to provide and the budgetary limits. Natasha is sensitive to this and, in the early stages, really helpful in helping the client to achieve these objectives.
Always charming, calm, organized and respectful and with great attention to detail, Natasha ensured that nothing was lost on the way. She would challenge where needed to ensure that a clear response was obtained in a timely manner, but was alert to the fact that the choices were ultimately the client’s not hers.
Wedding planning can be fraught – there can be generational and other differences of opinion or simple tensions – and Natasha handled these with tact and sensitivity. She offered a good listening ear and guidance to help overcome whatever was at issue, but never overstepped the mark.
When the wedding day came, we were entirely confident that all the many details of what had been planned would be delivered and that any issues would be resolved without troubling us. Throughout the day, almost invisibly, Natasha or one of her assistants would simply be in the right place to do what was required. An example – which we only observed when viewing a guest’s private video – was the way in which she stepped in to straighten our daughter’s wedding dress train as she began her walk to the Chuppah. She knew how important that was and just dealt with it without us even being aware of her presence.
