Hey everyone, I’m Yana, the founder and owner of Craspedia.

My event planning heart believes that planning your wedding should be fun! As your planner, I have two main jobs. To make the process as stress free as possible, and to save you money while you plan!

Having been in this industry for a decade, I have made connections with many vendors and amazing venues. This makes it easier for me to help create the event that you want on your budget. My team and I will I’ll gladly guide you through the process, whether you’re planning from Israel or abroad. Be your feet on the ground and help you with language barriers (Hebrew, English and Russian).

We’ll help to plan the events that surround your wedding, whether it be family paintball tournament (yeah we are crazy like that), or a classy wine and dine. We will be there every step of the way, catering to your every need and making sure that your special day will be one to remember!

Past Couples' Comments

We decided to go with a very colorful color scheme. We wanted to “light up” the wedding with brighter colours and lights and express some youthfulness and naughtiness. Thanks to our wedding planner, Yana (Craspedia Events), who was with us with every step of the way, our wedding really represented that vision.”

- Shelly and Harel

We used Yana from Craspedia Events! She is amazing <3 Without her, this wedding would not have been such an outstanding success. Even as our desires for the wedding grew, she managed to keep us within budget! She helped us find most if not all our vendors. We didn’t have a car at the time and she drove us to meet and pick our vendors in person.

Her relationships within the industry made sure that we got the best service available. She also did the design/flowers for the wedding. (Absolutely stunning) Yana was with us from start to finish and made sure everything was PERFECT!”

As a STG supplier I get to work with many great suppliers but honestly Yana from Craspedia events wins the award for being calm, cool and collected. Words can hardly describe what she did over that time and we will always be in debt to her for making our daughter and son in laws wedding perfect.”

- Toastmaster Jango (Amy & Dan)

Yana was such a pleasure to work with. She truly made our lives easier/less stressful. We planned the wedding ourselves and didn’t want to have to worry about making sure things ran smoothly the day of. Yana put us both at ease and took care of any problems that arose and made sure we were able to just enjoy being there.

She went above and beyond! She made my bouquet for me and picked up fresh flowers for our center pieces (which she set up for us, since we were making them ourselves).

She also made sure that the rest of our vendors knew when to show up, and made sure everyone was on the same page about what was expected from them. She made it so everything we had envisioned about our wedding, actually came true!! Cannot recommend Yana enough!!! An amazing person!”

Love Yana! Her work is incredible! So happy with the work she did at our wedding!”

- Inbal

Thank you so so much to Yana for creating my dream. Would definitely recommend Craspedia for any event, she was super flexible and easy to work with. She understood my vision impeccably and created the most beautiful designs. The guests were blown away!! A must have!”
