ABOUT ALEXANDRA
Where are you from? Belgium
What do you do for a living? I work in PR
How did you meet your partner? We met on a Jewish trip in Poland called March of the Living
When did you first know you were in love? When it was so painful to say goodbye after just a couple days of knowing each other on the last day of the trip (I had to go back to London, and him to Holland)

ABOUT YOUR WEDDING
When and where did you get married? At the Renaissance St Pancras in London on the 3rd of October 2021.
What was your wedding song for walking down the aisle? Bereshit Olam
How many guests did you invite to your wedding? We had about 140 people attending
What was your favorite part of/thing about your wedding day? Seeing close family and friends from all over the world after so long and dancing like crazy! I loved getting ready and feeling like a princess for the day :). And also how special the Chuppah was – seeing Fyodor meet me down the aisle and the spiritual feeling I felt with the music and the ceremony.
Best wedding planning tip? We ended up organising our wedding in less than 2 weeks. It’s definitely possible to arrange the day of your dreams in such a short period of time, you just have to trust the professionals…
Wedding vendors you would recommend? @jamhotband for music, @philipsmallltd for catering, @lovehairbylou for hair, @pandamekup for makeup, @liam_smith_photography for photography, @yorkplacestudios for videography, and @blueskyflowers for flower arrangements.
Where did you go on honeymoon? We went to Tanzania. We climbed Kilimanjaro on the first week, then did a week-long safari and then ended the trip with a week in Zanzibar.
What does marriage mean to you? To be married represents the deepest expression of your love for someone and your commitment to them. It also represents two souls coming together.
Has your relationship with your partner changed since you got married? I feel like our relationship is constantly evolving – now into something even bigger and deeper than it was previously.
Secret to a happy relationship? Share adventures together, make enjoyment and happiness at the centre of both of your experience, be in the now instead of always focusing on the future.
