The best wedding I’ve been to would have to be mine, which took place last month in Marrakech. It was magical, colourful & the perfect dream day.

The best wedding i’ve been to yet was the wedding of my oldest friend. She looked so gorgeous and I couldn’t believe I was watching her get married, as we’ve been friends our entire lives. The chuppah was magical and the party amazing, I didn’t want it to end! And I have 7 weddings to go to this year, hopefully each as individual and amazing as hers was!

Dear Karen, the best wedding I have been was the one of a close friend of my in the middle of a park just outside Jerusalem. They built everything from scratch and the theme was fairytale… it was absolutely magical. My wedding is on the 18th of January 2015, in Florence, Italy.

Well I have to pick my own, don’t I? As a wedding photographer I have been to nearly 100 weddings and I have so many favourites among them, for different reasons. My Sussex festival wedding was the happiest day of my life though. We were married outside, by a friend (having done the legal bit earlier in the week), we had cheese, biscuits and cider in the afternoon, while playing fete games and then we had dinner, we judged our cake baking contest and then danced into the evening.

The best wedding I’ve been to is one that was in an old theater house. It had so much character! My wedding is going to be on April 11, 2015.

The best wedding I have ever been to was on the 25th May and was my best friends Sarah & Rob. It was held at the Hotel Caruso in Ravello. This is the most ridiculously beautiful, romantic place in the world. After they married in the gardens overlooking the Amalfi coast, we all followed the bride and groom around the cobbled streets accompanied by a guitar and mandarin player. After drinks in the main square we all headed back to the hotel for cocktails and canapà©s again accompanied by typical Italian music. Next we sat down for a five course dinner, with speeches and a harp and piano playing in the background. If this wasn’t enough after the gorgeous dinner we headed up to the infinity pool where there was a live band playing. After walking down a beautiful walkway festooned with gorgeous flowers and beautiful candles to light the way we arrived and the band were playing the Pharrell song “Happy” and waiters milled around with champagne cocktails and more tiny pizzas, bite size pasta & cakes. The bride and groom cut their cake and the partying began! It was the MOST beautiful wedding I have ever attended! The next day everyone met I another other rooftop hotel in Amalfi for dinner and to see the bride and groom off on their honeymoon. Truly unforgettable ♥️♥️

over the years i’ve been to many weddings, but the best one was for my best friend. Sworn to secrecy, her partner, my partner and the both of us huddled up to the registry office in beautiful but re-wearable antique dresses and suits, we all listened whilst the registrar read the declaration, and cried at the immense emotion of it all. So intimate, so lovely. A scrumptious dinner at a local restaurant, a visit to the pub, and a hesitant emotional phone call to her parents to beak the news… made this day unforgettable. Best wedding ever!

It’s hard to pick a “best” wedding. I appreciate all who include me as part of their big day and next journey in live. I am now looking forward to my own special day a year from now.

The best wedding I’ve ever been too was at The Dorchester in London last year.
My oldest and dearest friend looked elegant in a fitted yet floaty French laced dress, and classy Christian Louboutin shoes.
The ceremony was exquisite with two violinists playing beautiful classical music as she walked down the isle, greeted by a very proud fiancà©.
The reception was lovely, the main room transformed into a purple lit mist and fairy lights on the tables. The food was exquisite and the champagne flowed all night.
A beautiful memory in a famous London location.

My wedding date is May 16th 2015.

The best wedding I’ve ever been to was in London Zoo in July 2009. All the guests got a tour of the zoo on the drive around train and the tables were named after different animals. It was the best wedding I’ve ever been to because it was so different from any others! And it was a great wedding for kids

All three of my own weddings were my favorites- all to the same guy (long story- don’t ask…). The first was 24 years ago in a grand train station, 2nd was in friends’ living room with a crowd all around holding my husband’s tall it over our heads, and 3rd was a simple occasion, just us and some rabbis. I’d definitely marry him a fourth time (he’s that wonderful), but if I do, I’ll insist on a beach wedding in Hawaii. I’m planning a wedding for my daughter now, and I’m a total newbie at this whole proper-wedding-planning thing. We’re aiming for November.

The best wedding I’ve been to was my sister’s wedding, though my brother’s was equally as amazing. Both were wonderful because the family was all together, and because my siblings and I are so close. My sister had an amazing, emotional, intimate Quaker style ceremony where we all got to speak and contribute to the ceremony. My own wedding date is 12/13/14!

My cousin had the most beautiful wedding at her childhood church. There was tons of great food & the best candy bar I’ve ever seen. She had on some of the most gorgeous Tiffany jewelry & had some of her grandmothers wedding dress sewn into her veil. It was a beautiful day & wedding!

My favorite wedding had to be my old roommate’s wedding. Her husband was from Holland. It was just a cute and cultural mix of events that it just felt right. They had pie instead of cake!! Just seeing how two people could come together so equally- makes me wish I should ever be so lucky.

The best wedding I’ve ever been to was probably one in Charleston, SC a few years ago. I haven’t had the occasion to attend too many weddings! My wedding next year, June 27, 2015 will be the first wedding in my family!

My brother’s wedding in Malibu, partly because of the amazing dress I wore. I have no date as of yet.
Love the little Chanel bridal booklet. Have you seen some of the amazing wedding dresses she designed in the 1930’s?
    Happy Blog Birthday!

The best wedding I have attended was last year, my little brothers. It was special because I love him so much and it was an absolute disaster with the weather which created a huge outdoor/wet party! Everyone that stayed had the time of their lives dancing in the rain, celebrating with the happy couple!
My wedding is September, 12, 2015.
