Noa Attias

Hi, my name is Noa Attias, and I’m an Israeli-American artist specializing in paper cuts – both original hand-cuts and laser-cuts. I offer a wide collection of beautiful ketubahs, challah boards, seder plates, home blessings, and other unique gifts for all occasions and holidays. My Judaica pieces are heirlooms that couples can enjoy for years to come in the Jewish home they are building together.

My custom-made paper cuts combine paper cutting, original calligraphy, and hand painting to create truly bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces. I am also a master in gold gilding, using 24k gold leaf to provide a look that is at once modern and traditional. All my paper cuts are printed and cut on high-quality acid-free paper to guarantee many years of enjoyment.

I have sold ketubahs to Jewish and secular humanist couples – and even to non-Jews who connected with the concept of the ketubah. I feel privileged that my ketubahs allow me to be part of such a special moment in a couple’s life – and that my work will serve as a beautiful reminder of the most important day of their lives every time they look at it.

Past couples’ comments

Michal learned about the art of paper cutting in 2001, and since then always envisioned a paper cut ketubah for her wedding. We were fortunate to find an incredibly talented artist, Noa Attias – based in Israel – who worked with us to create a stunning ketubah that was personalised with key elements for us (kohanim hands, trees, lovebirds, etc.), with our favourite colours as the background.

Our family from Israel hand-delivered the large ketubah to our wedding (though Noa Attias does ship), and it now hangs on our wall as breathtaking art that is a cherished memory of one of the best moments of our lives.”

We read the English translation of our ketubah, we chose a non-religious text, but found something that really spoke to us. We got the ketubah off of Etsy from a designer in Israel – Noa Attias Judaica . It was a gorgeous papercut ketubah that really held true to the elegant, vintage look we were going for.”

The most beautiful and unique ketubah!! Noa was very nice to work with – she answered questions quickly and was accommodating of requests. She sent a proof before finalizing the ketubah so we could make sure everything looked right – very appreciated.

Once the ketubah was ready, it shipped within just a few days and was packaged safely as to not get damaged during shipping. I would definitely order from this shop again. Can’t wait to hang up the ketubah after my wedding – its a piece of art! Thank you!”

Alison

We just arrived home, opened the package Noa sent us, and were instantly blown away. My fiancé and I ordered a katubah from Noa, who from the start was very communicative and dedicated in helping us translate and select the correct language. I would highly recommend Noa, she will create a piece of art that you’ll be proud to have at your wedding and then hang on your wall.”

Andrew

Noa was so helpful and patient working with me while I kept going back and forth on the text I wanted. The finished product is even more beautiful than we could have imagined. It’s also quite sturdy and ready to be signed/framed (not rolled up), which was an extra bonus for us. We are so excited and thankful we picked her to design our ketubah!”
