Past couples’ comments
In many ways, Axnoller was the perfect place for a Jewish girl from NY to have her fairytale wedding. For one, many of our guests were able to stay over at the estate, and make use of all the facilities (indoor pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, grill, etc.).
This made it not only the best wedding day, but the best wedding weekend.
We were able to incorporate Jewish, American and British traditions, making it special and unique. Our beautiful chuppah was set up with the hills of England’s countryside standing right behind us, making for stunning, picture-perfect photos. It couldn’t be more beautiful.
The barn was a wonderful place to have our wedding breakfast followed by the party, and thankfully had high enough ceilings so we could be lifted up on chairs during the Hora! Gordie, our chef, was able to provide us with many different options for each course. He seemed to have no boundaries, or limitations. He even volunteered to make a dish he had never done before, just to give me something that felt like home (it was even better!).
We have had so many wonderful comments from our family and friends who said that they had never been to a wedding venue like Axnoller. Even though, the looks on their faces already gave that away.
So thanks to Alo, Tracey, Gordie, Simon and all of the rest of Axnoller’s team for giving us exactly what we wanted, the happiest day of our lives with all of our favorite people, in the most beautiful place.”
