Rabbi Paul Glantz

rabbi-paul-glantz1Rabbi Paul Glantz has been a Rabbi for thirteen years and served two communities. He was trained at Leo Baeck College in London and has worked in the Liberal, Reform and Masorti movements as a rabbi, in Brighton and St Albans. He has performed many weddings both Jewish and mixed faith and truly loves contributing to the happiness of a couple’s special day.

Rabbi Paul Glantz is independent of any synagogue and can help mixed and interfaith couples wanting to have a Jewish part to their wedding. This can include all of the symbols of a Jewish wedding such as the chuppah, exchanging rings, ketubah, the Sheva Brachot, and breaking the glass.

Past couples’ comments

Chris isn’t Jewish, so we started off our wedding day by having a civil ceremony in which we were legally married, followed by a Jewish blessing, led by Rabbi Paul Glantz, who we found via Smashing The Glass.

We were really intent on our Jewish blessing being as special and individual to us as possible. We achieved this in a few ways. We chose 7 of our close friends and family to read us a humanist version of the seven blessings, the sheva brachot, which was really special.”

Shelley and Chris
